Can you remind me what's included in All Access?

Of course! As an All Access Member, you get unlimited downloads to any digital content on The Brand Bin site - including our Canva Templates, Stock Photos, Graphics, Printables and more. Additionally, you can submit requests for new products, get new monthly additions, and receive exclusive business resources.

What's the User License for All Access?

All Access Membership includes one Small Business Use license per product. This means you can use the templates and graphics for either your business or for one client.  

Print on Demand, Agency, or multi-use licensing is NOT included in the standard membership. You can purchase a Multi-Use Membership here.

I forgot my custom coupon code!

No worries! Generally, your coupon code is the first letter of your first name and your full last name. For example, TSMITH for Tracy Smith. Keep in mind that the coupon code will only work when checking out using the email address that you signed up with.

You can also search your email history with the following subject line, and the welcome email - with your personal coupon code - should pop up: "Important - The Brand Bin Membership Access".

We'd love to hear what other templates & digital marketing resources you're looking for! We have a team of talented freelance designers & photographers, and we'll definitely expedite specific designs due to popular request. (No promises, and these are general designs, not custom to your specific brand). Please submit your ideas here.

Help! My download isn't working!

All of our downloads come in zipped files. If your mobile device doesn't support zipped files, you'll want to download your products on desktop. Keep in mind that you want to be accessing it from the email address that your purchased from.

Canva Templates will come in a PDF with a link to the direct template that you can then edit.

How can I login to view past orders & make changes to my subscription?

You can login via your account here. If you didn't create an account at checkout, you can still create one. Make sure to use the same email address when registering, and your membership details & past orders will populate there.

Please note that you won't be able to download past orders from your account - in order to do that, you'll want to check your email history for the confirmation emails that give you the direct download links.

Once in your account, click the button "Subscriptions". This is where you can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you want to upgrade your subscription to annual and receive two months free, please reach out to support and we're happy to take care of that for you!

Can I get a refund?

Because we sell digital products, all orders are final sale. If you need to cancel your membership, please reach out 2-3 business days before your next charge. Unfortunately we cannot refund past membership charges.
